Choose what to donate in this tour run in support for SolidariTee, a charity that raises funds to provide legal aid to refugees. This tour coincides with the conference: Debordering futures: racial capitalism, coloniality and migrant justice at the University of Cambirdge. Tour Description: The perfect introductory tour of Cambridge, this tour engages with local historical memory and highlights diverse stories in the beautiful city centre. It covers histories of both the city and University, stories of race, class, and gender, and highlights modern legacies of empire. *Tour Itinerary:* 1 - Kings College 2 - Great St Mary's, The University Church 3 - The Old Schools 4 - 'The Backs' 5 - Darwin College 6 - Queens' College 7 - Alan Turing Blue Plaque Led by university researchers, this tour highlights underrepresented histories and provides a new way of reading the city landscape. Please note the tour does not go inside of any colleges. Accessibility: Mostly flat terrain, but with some cobblestoned streets. No steps but one ramp on/off a bridge. Wheelchair accessible, with spaces to sit or lean if needed.
